I took another reviewers suggestion and loosened the straps so it’s not right under my armpit and made it a little longer and now it’s perfect! I love how there’s two sides in the inside with a zip pocket in the middle. Plenty of room for all my crap. I have a big day planner, small notebook, masks, pens, chapsticks, lipsticks, hand sanitizer, my keys, wallet and one side is completely empty still! Plenty of room! Love it!
